BOOKING RULES / HOTEL POLICY

  • The hotel does not have extra beds.
  • We require a 2 nights minimum stay, a minimum of 7 days during Christmas and NYE Holidays.
  • The hotel does not accept children under 12 years old, unless you book the entire house.
  • By confirming their reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Casa Cat Ba cancellation policy.
  • The hotel is pet friendly. Because Holbox Island is a natural protected area, therefore among other things, there are special requests regarding the way that we share this beautiful place with other species. As a result, and since we are a pet friendly boutique hotel, we ask you to send us 3 days prior to arrival, all paperwork that shows your pet is an “animal service” or “emotional support animal” in order to be able to welcome you and your pet. Please make sure to send all documents to info@casacatba.com or by Whatsapp at +52 984 315 0664.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Eastern Central Time does apply
(Except bookings with discount and during Christmas Holidays. In that case, a specific cancellation policy will apply)

  • Reservation can be cancelled or modified up to 14 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
  • Reservation will be charged 100% of the total amount 14 days prior to the arrival date.
  • The hotel requires a period of 15 days after the cancellation to complete the refund.
  • Refunds will be subject to a 5% administration fee.
  • No-show will be charged the full cost of the stay.

FULL BUYOUT

  • A 50% deposit is requested at reservation time and is non-refundable.
  • Balance must be paid 60 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Payment by bank transfer is mandatory.
  • Full buyout can be modified up to 60 days prior to the arrival date.
  • In case of cancellation before 60 days prior to the arrival date, a voucher will be issued, it will be valid for 1 year, from the date of cancellation.
  • After 60 days prior to the arrival date, the reservation is not changeable or cancellable anymore. No refund and no voucher will be given.

DISCOUNT

  • Bookings made with discounts are neither changeable nor refundable.

CHRISTMAS & NYE HOLIDAYS

  • Reservation can be cancelled or modified up to 30 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
  • Reservation will be charged 100% of the total amount 30 days prior to the arrival date.
  • The hotel requires a period of 15 days after the cancellation to complete the refund.
  • Refunds will be subject to a 5% administration fee.
  • No-show will be charged the full cost of the stay.
